Dallas半导体公司是Maxim公司的全资子公司。早在2001年,Dallas半导体已经被Maxim美信半导体公司收购,成为了Maxim公司的全资子公司。

Dallas达拉斯半导体公司成立于1984年,并以用户的问题为切入点来开发具有广泛用途的产品。其总部位于美国德克萨斯州,晶片工厂位于德州达拉斯城。

Dallas达拉斯半导体公司是一家设计、生产、销售一系列混合信号、专用半导体产品的公司。目前已发布了360多种专有的基本产品,产品广泛应用于宽带通信、无线手持设备、蜂窝基站、安全因特网通信、服务器、数据管理、医学和测试设备、家庭和商用设备及生产设备和网络控制系统的领域。

Dallas达拉斯目前公司的产品主要集中于三个战略方向:1.通讯:发展一系列符合现有各种通讯协议的高级程度芯片。2混合信号产品:包括NVSRAM、实时时钟、CPU监控电路、延迟线、数字电位器、热传感器、温度补偿晶体振荡器(TCXO)等。3.1-Wire&NetworkComputing:如微控制器产品。

Maxim半导体公司

美信集成产品公司(Maxim Integrated Products)成立于1983年,总部位于美国加利福尼亚的Sunnyvale。该公司在设计、发展、生产线性和混合信号集成电路产品方面处于世界领先地位。

在美国总部及世界各地均有分支机构。Mixim公司发布的模拟集成电路产品已超过1780种,处于同行业领先水平,其中1480多种产品是Mixim公司专有产品。其产品主要应用于微处理器类电子产品,包括个人计算机、测试设备、手持设备、无线通信产品及视频显示设备等。通过将诸如温度、压力、声音等现实世界的各种信号进行检测、放大和转换成计算机处理所需要的数字信号, Maxim的电路将现实世界与数字世界“连接”起来。
